WHAT IS CONSULTATION?

Core-Ed Consulting gives you unbiased, results-oriented, flexible recommendations for improving your program.  We listen to you and then work with you to identify your specific challenges in order to provide solutions best suited to helping your organization.

We are skilled at working with customers to facilitate change and build consensus.  We bring new  and novel ideas to help your team identify and overcome areas of concern.

We offer 3 basic types of consultations (though other types are possible, depending on customer needs):

 

1.  Development

We help you to create new programs and opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

2.  Evaluation

We offer insight and perspective to help you assess your existing program and identify areas for change and improvement.

 

3.  Implementation

Change at any level in an organization is inherently stressful.  We can help you to both reduce the degree of stressfulness and to implement new programs.
